What we collect

• Hydration logs — drink type, volume, and timestamp, stored locally.
• App settings — your unit preference, daily goal, reminder schedule, theme, and activity profile.
• Apple Health data (optional) — if you enable HealthKit sync, LumaSip can read or write dietary water samples. You control this in the iPhone Health app at any time.
• Support messages (optional) — if you contact us, any screenshots or details you choose to share. Used only to respond to you.

How it's stored

All data lives on your device using Apple's own frameworks (SwiftData and UserDefaults). No account required. Nothing leaves your phone for core tracking.

Apple Health

HealthKit access is only used to power hydration tracking inside LumaSip. That data is never used for advertising or shared with anyone.

Analytics

LumaSip keeps a small set of on-device counters (like how often you use quick-add). They never leave your device.

Advertising and tracking

No ad SDKs. No cross-app tracking. No third-party analytics.

Data sharing

We don't sell your data. We don't share your health data with anyone.

Your choices

HealthKit sync is optional. Reminders can be turned off anytime in the app or in iPhone Settings. To delete your data, remove entries in the app or delete the app entirely.

Children

LumaSip is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
